Over a decade turning design into a growth function for B2B companies.
I lead design with the belief that great work should move the business forward. That means setting the vision, building teams that do their best work, and creating experiences that are as effective as they are well crafted.
The work doesn't stop at launch. I measure success by what it changes, whether that's stronger engagement, higher conversion, or more pipeline. Great design earns attention. The best design moves the business.
Early in my career, I read a piece from Ueno called Why Designers Should Always Bring the Chocolate. The idea was simple: if someone asks for a coffee, bring the best one you can, and bring a chocolate too. Do what was asked, then find the opportunity to add more value.
That idea has shaped how I lead teams. The expectation isn’t just to execute the request, but to understand the bigger opportunity behind it and bring forward ideas that move the work, and the business, further.
The best design teams don’t just solve the problem they’re given. They find the opportunities others haven’t seen yet.
